Delivery & logistics platform: Go microservice monorepo, Next.js CRM frontends, and a Flutter courier app. Built a card/SIM warehouse CRM from scratch with full ownership from architecture to production. Led the main CRM migration from REST to Connect-RPC across 10+ feature areas, built a PostGIS-backed delivery-zones map on MapLibre GL, reworked auth with NextAuth + Keycloak, and overhauled the DevOps toolchain.
